Clients may be responsible for the cost and ongoing management of third-party services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Dsl Appraisals INC is not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes, restrictions, or service failures caused by third-party providers.
8. Delivery Timelines
Estimated timelines are based on project scope, client responsiveness, technical complexity, vendor availability, and required approvals. Delays may occur if the client does not provide required access, information, feedback, or payment on time.
9. Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included if specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions, new requests, or major changes outside the original scope may require additional fees.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owns final deliverables created specifically for the client after full payment has been received. Dsl Appraisals INC may retain ownership of internal methods, templates, tools, processes, code libraries, technical frameworks, documentation structures, and pre-existing materials used to deliver services.
11. Confidentiality
Dsl Appraisals INC will take reasonable steps to protect confidential client information. Clients agree not to share confidential business methods, pricing terms, internal documentation, or proprietary materials provided by Dsl Appraisals INC without written permission.
12. Acceptable Use
Clients may not use our services for illegal, deceptive, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities. Clients may not request work involving stolen data, unauthorized access, fake documentation, identity misuse, malware, phishing, payment fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies.
13. No Guarantee of Specific Results
Dsl Appraisals INC works to provide professional technology services and practical business solutions. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, platform approvals, search rankings, revenue outcomes, advertising results, or uninterrupted third-party service performance.
14. Warranties
Services are provided in a professional manner based on the agreed scope. Except as required by law, Dsl Appraisals INC does not provide warranties beyond what is stated in a written agreement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dsl Appraisals INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, or third-party platform failures.
