Because many services involve planning, labor, software procurement, vendor coordination, digital setup, consulting time, and customized project work, refund eligibility depends on the status of the service, the work completed, and third-party costs already incurred.
2. Project Deposits and Upfront Payments
Some projects may require an upfront payment, milestone payment, retainer, or deposit before work begins. These payments may be used to reserve project time, begin planning, purchase approved software tools, pay vendor costs, configure platforms, or allocate technical resources. Upfront payments may be non-refundable once work has started or once third-party expenses have been incurred.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered if the client paid for a service that has not yet started, the client cancels before project work or software procurement has occurred, Dsl Appraisals INC is unable to provide the agreed service, a duplicate payment was made by mistake, or a billing error occurred. 5. Cancellation Policy

If a client cancels before any work has started and before any third-party expenses have been incurred, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
7. Cancellation After Work Begins
If a client cancels after work has started, Dsl Appraisals INC may deduct the value of completed work, project planning, administrative time, software procurement, vendor expenses, and non-refundable third-party costs from any potential refund.
8. Subscription or Monthly Services
For recurring monthly services, clients may cancel future service by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
9. Project Delays Caused by Client
If a project is delayed because the client does not provide required information, access credentials, approvals, content, documentation, or feedback, payment remains valid and the project may be paused until the required information is received.
10. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval. The time it takes for funds to appear in the client’s account may depend on the client’s bank or payment provider.
